NYASHA MAFUBA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/GENERAL SECRETARY
Nyasha is a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Management Accountant, holding membership with both the Chartered Governance Institute of Zimbabwe and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
With over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, and governance, he has served in various key roles, including Accountant, Finance Manager, Company Secretary, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His expertise spans corporate governance, finance, company secretarial practice, strategic management, and administration.
Nyasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, and an LLB Law degree from the University of London.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Nyasha is an active member and an Elder at Norton Multicultural Seventh-day Adventist Church. Seventh-day Adventist Church. He is passionate about teaching and enjoys singing.
KUNDAI MUDZIMBA
FINANCE OFFICER
Kundai is a finance professional with a strong background in working with Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) across Zimbabwe. She has seven years of progressive experience providing financial and administrative support in the implementation of development programmes.
She is skilled in bookkeeping, budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, financial management, and financial reporting. Kundai has experience supporting programme implementation through effective financial administration, ensuring that financial resources are properly accounted for and managed in accordance with organisational policies and applicable financial requirements.
Kundai holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing the ACCA professional qualification, with the goal of becoming a Certified Chartered Accountant. Her ongoing professional development has strengthened her technical knowledge and understanding of accounting and financial management practices.
FARAI MUGWISI
HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Farai is an accomplished Administration and Human Resources professional with more than six years of progressive experience in administration, human resources, organisational coordination, policy development and implementation, and labour relations. She has developed a strong understanding of human resources practices and is experienced in applying and implementing HR policies and procedures to support effective organisational operations.
She holds an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance, from the University of Namibia, a Diploma in Labour Relations from the Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe (IPMZ) and Mandarin Certificate from East China Jiaotong University. Farai is currently furthering her academic and professional expertise by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Corporate Governance at Bindura University of Science Education.
Farai is passionate about fostering efficient workforce operations, employee development, positive employee relations, and effective human capital management. Her professional focus is centred on contributing strategically to organisational growth by implementing sound HR and administrative practices that promote efficiency, accountability, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
GWINYAI NDEMBERA
PROGRAMS AND CHURCH RELATIONS OFFICER
Gwinyai is a seasoned and ordained pastor by calling with more than 15 years of experience in Christian ministry, development work, church administration, and stakeholder engagement. He is also a development practitioner by qualification, with diverse experience gained through serving in various roles, including Church Secretary, Volunteer Programs Assistant, and Programs and Church Relations Officer.
Throughout his career, Gwinyai has developed extensive experience in programme development and implementation, church relations, stakeholder engagement, administration, humanitarian involvement, and counselling. His work reflects a strong commitment to serving communities, strengthening partnerships, supporting programme objectives, and fostering meaningful relationships between churches, organisations, and other stakeholders.
He holds a Diploma in Religious Studies from the University of Zimbabwe, an Executive Certificate in Chaplaincy from the Catholic University of Zimbabwe, a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and Theology from the Zimbabwe Open University, and a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Midlands State University.
His unique combination of theological training, pastoral experience, and development expertise enables him to bring both a faith-based and development-oriented perspective to organisational and community initiatives.
