Our Story

Bible work in Zimbabwe started in 1939 when the then Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) and Southern Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), Nyasaland (Malawi) and Portuguese East Africa (Mozambique) were separated from the Central South Agency.

In 1995, the Bible Society of Zimbabwe became a fully-fledged member of the United Bible Societies.
